Detailed description of work task to be carried out Taking care of comprehensive learning administration & coordination for Klient's employees based in the Nordic countries, Poland, Estonia and the international units Administering mandatory digital training campaigns and other e-learnings programs aimed at implementing improvements and optimization of processes Managing recruitment administration (scheduling interviews, ordering competency tests, conducting background checks, assigning recruitment projects, proofreading and publishing job ads, etc.) in a structured manner to ensure an efficient and smooth process for standard and executive recruitments Handling communication with employees, recruiters, course participants, trainers and vendors via e-mail and Teams Gaining knowledge & experience about SAP HR, Success Factors, Excel and Share Point Providing support to design and develop new tools Implementing and improving HR procedures Description of knowledge and experience
Very good communication skills and you are willing to proactively engage in collaborative work
Well-organized and able to handle tasks autonomously
Demonstrate dexterity in handling digital tools
English on professional level (at least B2) – certificate is not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, working pro-actively and independently
Ability to drive innovation and actively seek for improvements (such background would be an asset)
Experience working in HR, corporate training and development department or event organization is not required but is welcomed
Experience in working with Success Factors would be an asset
