THE WORK
Record, verify and execute transactions according to process documentation
Follow up and action taken regarding open items
Timely and correctly solving cases
Handling timely SSF tickets/emails
Comply with standards, policies and procedures defined
Understand the process impact of operational activities on KPIs/SLA's
Timely ICS/internal controls submission according to DP (if applicable)
Update of documentation
Participation in meetings
Close cooperation across the team
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Fluent German, C1 level required
Good English, B2 level required
High communication skills
Ability to work in a group
Positive attitude
Analytical skills
