Procurement Operations Associate with English and Russian (He/She/They)

Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting, procurement and supply chain, and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
What will you do:
Deliver operations on the highest level and within agreed timelines and quality targets
Administrate procurement processes for the clients
Respond to employee and vendor inquiries regarding procurement related topics
Maintain permanent contact with different stakeholders
Prepare reports according to process documentation and within agreed timelines
Basic Qualifications/Skills Needed:
English on minimum B2 level and excellent Russian on minimum C1 level
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Analytical and problem solving mindset
Good Excel skills - nice to have
Education background in procurement/ finance/ accounting - nice to have
Availability to work in standard office hours (Monday-Friday)
Availability to work 50% from Warsaw office (Proximo II, Przyokopowa Street) and 50% from home
