Internship Customer Experience Specialist with English

As a Customer Experience Intern at Honeywell, in Katowice, Poland, you will be responsible for Order to Cash process, ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. Supporting customers from various countries across Europe will give you a chance to use your language capabilities on day-to-day basis. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model. Handle entry level customer related issues and concerns
Record all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
Process standard orders & Maintain order accuracy
Process changes and enhancements to orders
Maintain complete customer records of all direct customers returns, orders, credits, and requests
Key skills and qualifications
Currently being enrolled as a student in Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree program
Business fluent in written and spoken English
Previous work experience, especially in Customer Support within an international context, is a valuable advantage
Familiarity with CRM/SAP systems is a beneficial skill
Knowledge of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Contract length - 12 months, 4h or 6h a day.
