Job Purpose
Join our team as an Intern Sourcing and Procurement!
Job Description
- Making sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available,
- Checking if purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager,
- Expediting bids,
- Negotiation with the short listed / selected supplier,
- Preparing the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality,
- Continuously communicating order status with internal stakeholders, and ensure accuracy of system data.
You are meant for this job if:
- Ability to work in a team environment,
- Giving and taking constructive feedback well,
- Maintaining a high professional standard and promote good team dynamics,
- Ability to handle dynamic work environments.
- Good communication skills.
