Job Description
Making sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available,
Checking if purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager,
Expediting bids,
Negotiation with the short listed / selected supplier,
Preparing the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality,
Continuously communicating order status with internal stakeholders, and ensure accuracy of system data.
