Global Test Lead - Technology Platforms & Sourcing

The Global Test team supports the hybrid organizational structure of D&T owned products and functional owned products, as well as large transformation programs like the Digital Back Bone (DBB) and non-DBB . The goal is to support the already established organization and its Product Teams for testing to increase quality, efficiency and effectiveness in delivery and on the other hand transition the TP&S into a global test capability.

The Global Test team supports the hybrid organizational structure of D&T owned products and functional owned products, as well as large transformation programs like the Digital Back Bone (DBB) and non-DBB . The goal is to support the already established organization and its Product Teams for testing to increase quality, efficiency and effectiveness in delivery and on the other hand transition the TP&S into a global test capability.
Your responsibilities would include:
- leading the delivery of test capabilities across various test phases, including preparation and execution, governance, and processes
- collaborating closely with Product Teams, Deployment Teams, Regional Teams, Op Cos, and Functional Domains to optimize and prioritize business value
- guiding the delivery on all End to End (integrated) testing activities by leading a team of appointed Testing members and mobilising relevant resources with a getting the job done attitude
- managing and executing test cycles such as Global System Integration Testing (SIT), Local SIT, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing, Security Testing, and more, primarily in an Agile framework
- supporting the established D&T organization and its Product Teams, driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
- transitioning TP&S into a global test capability, ensuring alignment with the broader Digital Back Bone (DBB) roadmap and deployments
- leading the test transformation of both Digital Back Bone and non-DBB deployments, including pilot Op Cos, embedding global test methodologies.
- 10+ years of experience in managing the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of comprehensive testing processes
- strong leadership skills with a background on both technical and business experience including a proven track record of managing and connecting to stakeholders within a corporate environment
- understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects
- experience in continually monitoring scope, time frame, budget and risk
- ability to define test plan, test design, environment configuration, and coordinate all test activities
- experience in managing project communications & status reporting
- good analytical capabilities, a proactive learner, passion for quality, result oriented, innovative and flexible
- ability to deal with pressure and continuously determine the right priorities for the team.
