The Field Service Engineer installs and supports industrial printing equipment at customer sites in the Poznań area (food & beverage production and other manufacturing environments) and will suit someone with experience of on-site technical customer support.

This job is a unique opportunity to:
After a 12 week training programme as a Field Service Engineer you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring that they always have their production lines running successfully. You are responsible for installing, repairing and servicing the range of Videojet Equipment. With an office based technical support team, the Field Service Engineer is never ‘on their own’.
Within your role, you will:
Install our Videojet products and solutions on our customers sites
Ongoing care of our products for our Videojet customers on their sites
Work closely with our Account Managers to support our customers with Videojet projects (trials & demo’s)
Through our systems you will have diagnosed the customers problems before going to on site
Extend our Videojet footprint in the market through promoting our contract portfolio
We are looking for a professional who is:
Creative, well-organized, and self-motivated
Energy and willingness to learn
Flexible – multi-tasking, able to efficiently prioritize time bound tasks
Holds a driving licence, is happy to drive across a large region and be away from home overnight up to 20% of the time
Your education and background experience will include:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering
Proficient in Polish. Intermediate English and above is an advantage
Personal satisfaction from when able to fix a problem for a customer
