Job responsibilities:
Responsible for providing technical support, equipment maintenance and repair and other related after-sales service to customers in overseas markets
Responsible for promoting key projects in overseas markets, providing door-to-door service according to demand, solving exceptions and meeting customer needs.
Regularly visit customers, collect market, product and quality feedback, and propose improvement and optimisation solutions.
Assist in dealing with equipment and product abnormalities encountered on overseas upgrade platforms and provide solutions.
Job Requirements:
Familiar with automated production equipment and relevant maintenance experience;
Strong hands-on ability, problem solving ability and business insight, good at thinking, analysing and summarizing;
Strong communication, expression and logical thinking skills; strong adaptability, able to meet customer travel needs according to the company's needs;
Have good level of listen, speak, read and write in English
