Field Service Engineer Poland
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Push technical performance of systems
- Reduce technical claim cost
- Install, commission and repair filling and packaging machines and technical upgrades
- Support customers (start up, operation, maintenance, etc.) of the filler lines
- Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
- Troubleshooting including root cause analysis; diagnose breakdown problems and analyze malfunctions
- Document installation, inspections, an maintenance service work
- Advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, customer requests and suggestions for improvements
- Report customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for improvements
- Comply with company health, safety and environmental policies
You bring these skills, experience & education
- Fluent in Polish and good English skills
- Manage software updates, troubleshooting of distributed automated systems and mechanical equipment
- Installation and maintenance of process control systems (PLC, LMS, MES, Industrial PC, Microsoft Server, switches, network, etc.)
