Job Description
Main responsibilities:
Central point of contact for Div B ZF intercompany customers in all commercial matters within the defined working patterns and response times;
Written and verbal communication with customers and Head Quarter in DE and other interfaces with internal and external customer;
Secure that global processes are being successfully implemented or executed locally;
Process customer orders actively and accurately as per customer requirements and ZF policies (orders confirmation, customers update)
Handling of commercial complaints, process approved returns, credits and invoices;
Build good relationships - proactively identify customer needs and opportunities to exceed customer expectations
Notify customers about price changes, calculate transfer pricing according to the ZF-pricing model;
Maintenance of customer master data (Address, Contacts, Prices, Payment/INCO terms etc.); in all business systems.
Administrate and support in execution of contracts/agreements.
Profile:
Bachelor degree in economics, business administration or similar
1-3 years’ experience working in customer service, sales support, sales administration
Excellent organizational and time management under high time pressure, proactive attitude
Good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel), ERP (SAP, Navision, BPCS), CRM;
Good level of empathy & negotiation skills
Change management experiences
Fluent English and Polish (German and other additional languages would be an asset)
