Coordinator Customer Care ready to learn and support
Your task will be to quickly and efficiently process orders from external and internal customers thanks to the selection of effective and efficient distribution channels while maintaining positive relationships and focus on optimizing the company's costs in the area of logistics.
Location: office in Polkowice
What exactly will be your role?
• Comprehensive service of customer orders.
Proactive monitoring of incoming / outgoing deliveries.
Good cooperation with the distribution center.
Analysis of purchase and sales rotation, planning, controlling and replenishing inventory.
Scheduling deliveries to customers in accordance with the terms from shipment to delivery.
Cooperation with forwarders and carriers, booking transport in various means of transport, preparation of documents for customs clearance.
Settlement of complaints about delivery.
Proactive approach to supporting business operations, taking care of the company's good image and protecting resources.
Support in the development and regular monitoring of procedures and key performance indicators for the logistics area.
Your qualifications:
Higher education min. Bachelor degree.
Experience in logistics (customer service) and material resource management
Communicative English in speaking and writing.
Knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP from the logistics module will be an additional advantage.
The ability to think creatively and to approach operational activities openly.
Independence and the ability to make decisions under time pressure.
Openness and communication in interpersonal relations, enthusiasm and commitment to the implementation of tasks.
