Job description
Do you speak Polish and in addition another language such as English or German? And do you like to be on the front line of our Customer Service department to answer customer questions? Grab your chance now! For the Customer Service team of one of our sister companies we are looking for Polish Customer Advisors for 40 hours a week.

Communicate directly with our customers via multiple channels, such as: email, phone or social media;

With you, we want to offer our customers a special experience in the quality, speed and quality of contact;

Passing on information to our customers on the status of the order by evaluating the erp & contact center system;

Supporting customers in the processing of returns or complaints.
