We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on supporting applications within the Customer Engagement and Corporate Services domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in application maintenance, preferably in a 2nd or 3rd level support role, with a proven track record of providing high-quality service to international users. A broad technical skill set with a strong emphasis on automation is essential to succeed in this role.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Candidate Profile:
Experience in application maintenance or a similar support role.
Demonstrated expertise in Linux and Windows Server OS environments.
Proficiency in managing and supporting Kubernetes clusters.
Good to Have:
Experience with automation tools and frameworks, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual work.
Familiarity with Bamboo or similar continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools is an asset.
Solid understanding of ITIL v3 principles and best practices in an enterprise IT environment.
