As a Advanced Quality Engineer you’ll be responsible for end to end (E2E) quality in New Product Development and Launch (NPDL) Process and Fast track development projects.

What you’ll do

• Ensure that customer requirements are incorporated into product functional specifications and lead risk and failure analysis through DFMEA/PFMEA to ensure functional specification requirements and severity are fully met during design validation
  
• Assure all quality deliverables of all quality disciplines (SQ, IQ, FQ, compliancy) are on time and with the right quality level.
  
• Coach, train and challenge other functions on execution of quality activities.
  
• Lead/facilitate the development of the CTQ’s Matrix and its validation (through QTP execution and validation).
  
• You’ll be empowered to challenge project team if critical quality deliverables or required inputs for quality deliverables are missing or not at the right quality.
  

Your qualifications

• Knowledge of the theory and principles of APQP.
  
• Experience in new product development with cross-functional teams.
  
• Technical knowledge of the applicable area on product & processes & testing would be an advantage
  
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  
• Demonstrated ability to influence a project team
  
• Strong leadership skills to defend the customer’s interests
  
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, product quality or related field.
