What you’ll do

• Manage product testing and individualisation during NPI and transfers.
• Design and implement product-specific tests and tooling.
• Ensure efficient, cost-effective testing with maximum coverage and minimal cycle time.
• Participate in project meetings, inform on test solution activities and risks.
• Oversee production runs and create related documentation for PPAP.
• Address performance issues and refine test processes.
• Provide feedback to teams and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Act as a support chain for post-project testing problems and assist other regions.
• Cooperate effectively with maintenance and production teams.
• Prepare and conduct training and maintain relevant documentation.
• Contribute to the Global Test Community by sharing learnings and challenges

Your qualifications

• MCs or MEng Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing Test Engineering.
• Experience in Electronics Design, Mechanical Design, and Software/Script Development.
• Strong English communication skills at both shop floor and direction level.
• Independent, self-driven, adaptive, with critical thinking and an industrial mindset.
• Motivated test project leader open to global travel.
• Skills in Data Analytics, Statistics, C#, Lab View, and Test Executive Systems.
