IBI Healthcare Institute is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and U.S. labor laws, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple functions in a fast-paced, remote work environment. This role will require cross-training between HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across these departments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with ADP systems.
• Ensure HR policies are up to date and compliant with U.S. labor laws and regulations.
• Assist with employee relations, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Support payroll administration, including timesheet review, tax filings, and benefit deductions.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Create and update reports using Google Sheets and Excel as needed for HR metrics and payroll.

Qualifications:

• Strong HR and Talent Acquisition experience, with proven ability to manage recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in ADP and knowledge of payroll systems.
• In-depth understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Google Sheets and Excel is a plus.
• Strong Problem-Solving skills
