Job Summary: Develop and implement plans and programs in the field of Learning and Development (L&D) aligned with the company objectives to enhance overall organizational effectiveness of all the companies under the Group. Determine the learning and development needs of employees of the Group of Companies. Deliver identified development training program interventions; and monitor the effectiveness of the development programs through post evaluation assessments. Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine the learning and development needs of the companies in the group through the conduct of Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Harmonizes TNA results with Performance Appraisal of employees.
Validates TNA results through interviews, FGDs and observations/feedback.
Conduct training programs and workshops designed to enhance employee's work attitude, work ethics, core values and other professional and personal development programs.
Conduct product and sales training programs for the salesforce.
Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
Job Qualifications:
At least 10 years work experience in Learning & Development, preferably with manufacturing companies
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources and related courses.
Preferably with Master's Degree in any of these fields
Preferably with certification in Training and Development
With experience in developing and conducting training programs to Sales personnel
