TRADE MARKETING LEAD (TACLOBAN)

Join our dynamic team as a Trade Marketing Lead where you’ll spearhead the development and management of strategic campaigns that shape our brand’s future across multiple channels—General Trade, Wholesalers, Key Accounts, Designated Smoking Areas, and HORECA.
In this role, you’ll blend data-driven insights with creative strategies to achieve one core mission: Consumer Acquisition and Retention in your territory. You'll take charge of everything from campaign creation to on-ground execution, ensuring every initiative hits the mark.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Campaign Development:
- Dive deep into data and the competitive landscape to craft winning strategies.
- Gain project approvals and ensure campaign clarity for seamless execution.
- Lead Implementation:
- Design compelling campaign mechanics and guide field teams on execution.
- Oversee the deployment and ensure activities are executed flawlessly.
- Program Evaluation:
- Monitor and assess campaign performance, addressing challenges proactively.
- Territory Leadership:
- Drive new product launches and consumer campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Resource Management:
- Manage budgets, tools, and materials with precision and ensure strict compliance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Trade/Channel Marketing, or Consumer Engagement.
- A strategic thinker with strong communication, data analysis, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
- Adaptable, creative, and ready to lead with actionable solutions.
