WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Drive direct sales operations for JTI to meet area volume and distribution goals.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and develop a customer base in assigned territory.
• Collaborate closely with the Territory Development Leader and ASM office to manage trade relationships and implement strategic plans.
• Work with the Territory Development Leader, Field Marketing Executive, and Territory Executive Representative to expand the consumer base.
• Ensure achievement of area target outlet coverage, SKU offtake, numeric and weighted distribution, call efficiency, outlet drop size, OOS control, and effective merchandising.

YOU ARE:

• Preferably college graduate or vocational graduate. High School graduates are welcome to apply!
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and driving experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Passionate about achieving both individual and team goals.
• Demonstrates a strong desire and ability to learn.
• Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
• Must hold a Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code 123 or ABC.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
