ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Team Leader, you will guide a team in achieving organizational goals by overseeing daily operations and fostering a collaborative environment. You will ensure team engagement and motivation, serving as a bridge between management and team members to enhance communication and productivity.
Responsibilities

• Its functions are the following; however, they are not limited to:
• Supervise Team: Train and manage logistics staff.
• Daily Operations: Oversee transportation, inventory, and warehousing.
• Shipment Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and implement improvements.
• Issue Resolution: Address logistical challenges and discrepancies.
• Relationship Management: Collaborate with carriers, suppliers and clients. Prepare performance reports and analysis.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 1-year supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work onsite (Makati Office)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
