- Responsible for the individual and organizational effectiveness of the technical workforce of geothermal facilities and enablers through providing an array of technical learning and development opportunities that increase their technical competence and professionalism, build and update their technical expertise, supporting their long-term career plans within the organization;
- Plans, organizes, and oversees the implementation of the geothermal facilities’ & functional enablers’ competency-based technical learning plan, including technical learning and qualification programs, continuing technical skills upgrading programs, apprenticeship programs, and vendor learning requirements;
- Manages the conceptualization, identification, design, development, implementation and evaluation of technical learning and development programs to enhance employees' technical competencies in meeting employees’ current as well as future job responsibilities;
- Leads and implements technical learning and qualification and other initiatives which affect each individual or unit in the areas of succession planning, career development, performance development, talent development, changes and transition in the organization as a result of restructuring, and organization re-alignment.
