Strategic Planning and Implementation

Ensures that CRD program implementation is aligned with the overall strategic direction for corporate relations projects to uplift standard of living, promote regenerative development culture and maintain harmonious relations with the host communities

Identifies Special Projects in a timely and orderly manner, including but not limited to the agreed-upon banner programs in coordination with CRD HO and other external stakeholders to address negative social impacts and perceptions, as well as to enhance positive impacts and programs.
Management of external stakeholders

Collaborates with different agencies, local government units, non-government organizations, educational, business and financial institutions, and community organizations to establish institutional arrangements, to expand needed resources, and to maintain harmonious relations

Create enabling conditions to ensure stakeholder and community grievances are addressed on a timely manner
Regulatory Compliance

Oversees compliance of FOM/Geothermal Facilities with permit conditions and sets standards in compliance with regulatory requirements

Creates enabling conditions to facilitate acquisition of endorsements or permits to ensure legal compliance and to address social impacts of the project
Management of Resources
Personnel Management

Monitors performance of direct reports to ensure conformance to policies, procedures and guidelines, and implements necessary action in the event of non-conformance

Prepares and discusses individual performance of his or her direct reports based on agreed performance standards to identify areas where employees could improve through job skills training or employee development.

Reviews, consolidates and recommends training to upgrade skills of staff to improve performance and productivity and to ensure people skills and experience are sufficient for present and future business needs.
