As a Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, leading a team of associates, and ensuring that customers have an outstanding shopping experience. Your role will involve supervising staff, managing inventory, and driving sales to meet store performance goals.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate store associates to ensure they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Store Operations: Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1 year experience in retail management or a supervisory role is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
