Responsibilities:

• Manages the whole shift he or she is currently handling.
• Making sure his team is giving their best in meeting store quota.
• Making sure the whole team adheres to all standards and policies set by the Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or any related field.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Can handle customer complaints
• Positive Attitude
• With at least 2 yrs. Supervisor Experience
