We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Store Supervisor to manage CABS GROCER STORE
location of job assignment: HIGHWAY, BRG. MACABUG, ORMOC CITY
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Customer oriented with above-average communication skills.
• With good time management and organization skills to handle multitude of tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in MICROSOFT OFFICE AND GOOGLE DOCS AND SHEETS
• At least one (2) years minimum experience as a Store Supervisor/Manager in the food and retail industry is preferred
• Outgoing, creative and energetic

STORE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned stores.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the store at all times.
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
• Motivating employees and ensure to achieve daily, monthly and yearly targets.
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenues, expenses, stocks, and product movement and generate corresponding Management Reports.
