• Oversee all front and back of the house operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service, respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers' experience
• Responsible for POS machine maintenance and use
• Project future need for goods, kitchen supplies and cleaning products, orders accordingly
• Generate weekly, monthly and annual reports
• Train new employee and provide ongoing training for all staff

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS HRM or any food and beverage related course
- 1 to 2 years proven experience as Cafe or Restaurant Supervisor
- Excellent in written and verbal communication
- Must have customer service skills
- Willing to be assigned in Ayala Malls Atria Park District Brgy. San Rafael Mandurriao Ilo-ilo City.
