QUALIFICATIONS
-6 months to 1 year of Management Trainee/OIC, Team Lead, Supervisory or Managerial experiences
-Experience in Beauty and Wellness Industry or Retail is an advantage
-College graduate/at least college level/graduate of any 2-year course
-Customer service oriented
-With team management skills
-Sales oriented
-Amendable to work in a mall working hours
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Customer Service

- Focus on customer relations
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints

• Sales and Cash Management

- Work with Area Sales and Operations Manager(s) to achieve monthly sales target and performance metrics.
- Safekeeping of cash sales.
- Establishes clean and challenging sales objective by conducting daily huddle.

• Local Store Marketing

- Oversees local store marketing (LSM) activities as designated by the Head of Marketing
- Ensures that all in-mall and in-store marketing collaterals should be displayed at the appropriate locations andmonitored as to expiration of display.

• People Management

- Communicate information about new products, services and company promotions, training his team to offer the same to the clients
- Performs coaching and mentoring sessions with team members to achieve performance standards
- Manage training schedule of team members to ensure they undergo required corporate training.
- Promote culture of discipline in the store

• Quality Store Operations

- Maintain salon organization and sanitation, inventory control, security and asset protection
