Job Overview:
In this position, you are primarily responsible for the fulfillment and delivery of placed orders by customers. You should be an effective mentor and a team player as you will handle a team. We are looking for talents to be assigned to new Landers Superstore branch in NAGA who will support our E-commerce operations.
Job Responsibilities:

• Will support the e-commerce operations of Landers Superstores,
• Implement the established picking and packing processes of orders
• Ensure 100% accuracy of orders picked and packed
• Achieve 100% OTIF (on time and in full) of all orders processed
• Plan and manage the required number of pickers and packers per store
• Manage PC2 or Fulfillment operating cost
• Assist with other e-commerce tasks and projects, as needed
• Implement dispatch and delivery processes of orders
• Ensure 100% accuracy of orders delivered

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the retail grocery industry
• Background in the e-commerce industry is highly desirable.
