Job Qualifications:

• With at least one year of working experience in apparel.
• With strong leadership skills.

Job Summary:

• Responsible in running the store to meet company sales target and policies.
• Motivates store personnel in achieving the monthly sales target.
• Ensures proper documentation, safekeeping and maintains availability of stocks at all times.
• Regularly coordinate store concerns with Area Head/ Manager.
• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of sales staff/promos.
• Provides great customer service all the times.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php13,500.00 per month
Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bacolod City, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
