• Generating and consolodating Sales Report of the store
• Doing other retail accounting task assigned
• Providing daily support to the stores, related to cash management fiscal and administrative issues
• Liaising direclty with local vendors, banks, tax auditors and other internal stakeholders regarding administrative tasks
• Managing sales and credit card collection reconciliations
• Monitoring of advance to employees and follow-up
• Checking and posting of travel expenses
• Posting local vendor invoices and pre-paid expenses

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of any accounting related course
• With relevant experience on retail accounting functions
• With strong analytical and good customer service skills
• Posseses positive work attitude
• With knowledge in POS and cashiering is a plus
• Willing to work in Tacloban, Leyte.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
