This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do
Manager of our Private Transparency Services team to drive forward back-office exposure data operations and efficiencies for the team. The Private Transparency Services teams specialize in data extraction, data research and data entry of private and public exposure data. The person in this role will have the ability to build new processes, establish key internal and client relationships, develop new technology, mentor, and grow a dedicated and hard-working team. Analysis concentrates on understanding the business needs for data and information.
- People Manager of private transparency services team
- Document and Maintain Private Exposure processes
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics for all roles under your supervision to assess team performance and implement new solutions/improvements when necessary
- Manage Advanced Manager outreach scenarios
- Serve as client support resource for inbound client escalations and questions for public and private exposure
- Management of fund review process
- Weekly review of private Quality Assurance reports
- Management/Execution of data interpretation changes and product enhancements after fund review
- Lead the training of new employees and the ongoing development of the team
What We Expect
- At least 6 years of experience in total.
- Experience growing and mentoring a team including responsibility for hiring and promotion
- Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable communicating with development teams, product owners, product management, professional services, client success and company leadership
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Experience working within an investment related position or environment (preferred)
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must also be amenable to working mid shift (3pm - 12am Manila) throughout the work week and at least twice per week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
