Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Primarily be responsible for operational support of daily workflow in relation to the Fund Setup processing
- Responsible in ensuring the data accuracy and process efficiency through implementation of internal controls and procedures
- Responsible in fund static data maintenance and ad hoc projects as required by the team
- Assist with other related duties as required
- Maintain solid working knowledge of multiple systems for the fund setup processing
- fund specific instructions/variables
- Assist in the preparation of the team's reporting deliverables
- Required to design reports based on the provided requirements by the business
- Participate in training of team members; assisting the management team in preparation
- Monitor and ensure that reports are properly executed
- Ensure adherence to controls and procedures; preparing and contributing to management control reports
- Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements
- Maintain knowledge of current regulatory and compliance environment as it effects our services and/or clients
- Participate in projects when required
- Primarily responsible for operational support of monthly trade processing
- Responsible in entry of all trade activity within the global business unit, meeting established timelines
- Ensure high accuracy standards are maintained for the entry of trade activity
- Distributing correspondence to investors including confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements and market value statements
- Assist with other related duties as required
- Maintain solid working knowledge of multiple systems for the processing of trades
- fund specific instructions/variables
- Thorough review of all aspects of individual trades including proper recording of the trade, investor/fund set up, complete documentation and proper routing via internal workflows
- Partner with Investor Relations Managers globally to provide feedback on discrepancies and common trends
- Assist in recommending and implementing changes to workflows/policies as needed
- Maintenance of multiple databases
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Ad hoc projects as required
Qualifications
About You:
- You are Bachelor's or College Degree holder of Mathematics, Quantity Survey, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- You have 1 to 4 years experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent. Fresh graduates may also apply
- You are knowledgeable of hedge or mutual funds an asset
- Excellent data and alphanumeric entry skills with high degree of accuracy
- You have the skills data and alphanumeric entry with high degree of accuracy
- You are a Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- You have preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent. Fresh graduates may also apply
- Proficiency in Excel
- Able to manage large sets of data
- Qlik knowledge an advantage

- 1+ years experience in Investor Relations/Transfer Agency environment
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills with particular focus on Excel and Power Point
- A self starter displaying demonstrated initiative with regards to system or workflow enhancements
