We are currently looking for a FULL-TIME Social Media and Community Manager for the Product Sales arm. Mission: Your mission is to handle the Artillery Philippines Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok social media accounts. You also need to coordinate and manage our existing brand ambassadors and Tik Tok affiliates. Who’s your manager?

Work Hours:
Flex schedule (You can choose any time between 9am - 12mn PHT but you have to indicate the times. Just make sure you can be present for meetings)

Responsibilities:
Plan content calendar and posting strategy to promote product sales
Curate content for our social media accounts (resharing posts from customers/ambassadors/raffle winner submissions, etc.), making sure we can post at least 1x a day on Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok
Create captions for each post
Create graphics and announcements for campaigns/contests/events as necessary
Coordinate with existing brand ambassadors and Tik Tok affiliates (usually with the help of interns)
Announce top Tik Tok affiliates every month
Coordinate with fulfillment team to send out products to top affiliates
Monitor brand ambassadors and their output
Edit videos from our brand ambassadors to create short-form video content
Search for new brand ambassadors when necessary
Coordinate with other departments for potential content and scheduling of campaigns and announcements
Report on stats every week
Requirements:
Stable internet connection
Own desktop/laptop
Excellent written and verbal English
Basic copywriting skills
Basic graphic design and video editing skills
Experience with short-form content
Sincere interest in art, calligraphy and stationery
Sincere interest in social media marketing and/or marketing in general
Knowledge of Canva or other editing software
Team player
Highly organized and can manage project schedules
Can work under pressure and consistently meet daily and weekly deadlines
Must love challenges and looking for ways to consistently improve themselves
At least 2 year work experience in Social Media Marketing or Online marketing related field
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications and other related fields

You will have a 3 - 6 months paid training/trial period. Compensation:
Trial period: P20,000 - P23,000 per month
After trial period: P25,000 - P30,000 per month
