Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve customers by helping them select units;
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge;
• Greet and receives customers questions;
• Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters;
• Provide outstanding customer service;
• Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records;
• Process payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, checks, credit or debit cards;
• Alert management of potential security issues;
• Assist with inventory and technical departments;
• Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest; and
• Other related responsibilities given to you by the Company.

Skills/Qualifications:

• College graduate of any computer or I.T. related course;
• With background in computer troubleshooting and repair;
• Knowledgeable in installation of O.S., software, and other applications;
• Highly Knowledgeable with laptop and desktop computers;
• Excellent English communication and strong customer service skills;
• Friendly and happy personality. Does not get easily discouraged when dealing with customers;
• Willing to multi-task and render overtime; and
• Willing to have their day off any day of the week.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month

• Bacolod, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
