RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels such as calls, text messages, and Facebook comments and messages.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- College graduate, preferably of any computer or I.T. related course
- Preferably with high knowledge on computers and laptops
- Preferably with experience working with customer support
- Excellent English communication and strong customer service skills.
- Friendly and happy personality. Does not get easily discouraged when dealing with customers.
- Willing to multi-task and render overtime.
- Willing to have their day off any day of the week..
- Able to start ASAP.
Pay: From Php12,207.00 per month
