Job Overview
The Sales and Marketing Intern will play a vital role in supporting our lead generation and research activities. Additionally, you will assist in creating marketing materials for any promotions we run for both our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate new leads for the Business Development team.
• Assist in building and maintaining a list / database of leads for future outreach.
• Help with content creation for email marketing campaigns, social media, and other marketing platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with creative ideas for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
• Track and report on lead generation efforts and marketing campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be enrolled in an internship program, willing to complete at least 300 hours of paid training, and open to potential extension if needed.
• Experience with Canva and MS Excel (e.g., navigating spreadsheets, using basic functions); intermediate experience (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) will be a plus.
• Strong research skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design and create marketing materials.
• Great communication and organisational skills.
• A self-starter who can work independently and also as part of a team.

Schedule:

• Dayshift: 6 AM to 3 PM Manila time
• Location: St. Francis Square, Ortigas Center
