Sales Executive

Job Description: Sales Executive
Location: Cebu City

Position Overview: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase products/services.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product development.
  • Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
