Job Summary: The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail setting. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and courteously.
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
Promote and sell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable items.
Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
Participate in promotional activities and product launches.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
Assist in the setup and execution of store merchandising and promotional displays.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
Stay informed about current products, promotions, and inventory.
Continuously develop knowledge of product features and benefits.
Communicate product information effectively to customers.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and store operations.
Support other team members as needed, fostering a cooperative work environment.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring customer behavior and reporting suspicious activities.
Ensure the security of the store by following opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications:
At least a SHS Graduate
Previous experience as Sales Associate for at least 6 months is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Reminder before you apply:
Willing to work onsite, shifting schedule.
Training for 10 days inside the store (Sta. Cruz, Manila) without rest day.
Training allowance of 451.50 pesos per day for only 10 days.
Salary after the training (if passed on the evaluation) is 645 pesos per day.
After getting hired, orientation with the client's office is required (Quezon City)
Live selling is required, scheduled weekly (once or twice only).
Sales Quota is 2 million to 3 million per month and per sales staff.
