Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated Sales and Marketing Staff to join our insurance company. The ideal candidate will assist in promoting our insurance products, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
• Stay informed about our insurance products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Track sales activities and prepare reports to monitor performance against targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales or marketing in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willing to do field work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php645.00 per day
