Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Junior Manager to support our insurance company’s operations and team leadership. This role involves overseeing daily activities, assisting in project management, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and guiding a team of sales and support staff to achieve performance goals.
Help streamline processes and improve efficiency within the department.
Support the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Assist in onboarding and training new staff members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the insurance industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and foster a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools.
Willing to do field work.
