Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will support the sales team in promoting and selling our hospitality services, including room bookings, event services, and amenities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach to increase guest satisfaction and meet revenue goals.

The Sales Associate will support the sales team in promoting and selling our hospitality services, including room bookings, event services, and amenities. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in selling hotel services, including room bookings, event packages, and dining experiences.
- Respond to inquiries from potential and current guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other business partners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, features, and promotions to communicate effectively with guests and clients.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking progress toward sales goals.
- Coordinate with the reservations team and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participate in sales calls, meetings, and site inspections with prospective clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential partnerships within the local and regional market.
