Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing and sending out proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Support client management efforts by maintaining strong relationships and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
- Manage sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and client records.
- Help organize and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assist with outreach initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and tracking deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role, preferably within the construction or architecture industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong desire to support the sales team in achieving its goals.
