JOB SUMMARY:

• The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for assisting in the execution of sales strategies and marketing campaigns. They work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote the company's products or services, develop relationships with potential and existing clients and ensure the successful achievements of sales goals. The role involves both sales activities and coordinating of marketing initiatives to enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsivities':
1. Sales Support:

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update a database of client contacts and leads.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations and follow up communications.
• Participate in client meetings and sales calls to help close deals .

2. Marketing Campaign Coordination:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across different channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, print).
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentation, in collaboration with the creative team.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and post regular updates.
• Help track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports on key metrics such as engagement, leads and conversions.

3. Clients Relationship Management:

• Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in resolving client issues and delivering excellent customer service.

4. Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new oppurtunities.
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, business or related field.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM software)
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiently in MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools(e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
• Graphic design skills for creating promotional materials.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
