PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION: The Restaurant Supervisor is fully responsible in managing and controlling the day to day operations for the outlet. He / She also maximizes revenue to achieve the budget of the outlet and maintaining the highest service standard to guests and patrons. ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Thorough knowledge of all sections of kitchen including international cuisine.
Knowledge of volume production and ability to maintain the highest quality standards.
Capable of managing and motivating large diverse group of employees.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Must be creative and resourceful.
Thorough of finance.
Knowledge of purchase and receiving.
Computer literate.
REQUIREMENTS:
College Graduate: Hospitality Management or equivalent Management Course
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
