Job Specifications

• A graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any 4-year business related course.
• With at least 3-5 years working experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• With good communication skills.
• With good leadership skills.
• Committed on providing excellent customer service experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge for the day to day operations which includes store and people management.
• Ensures accurate inventory and good forecasting of stocks to minimize wastage.
• Proper scheduling of manpower especially during peak days.
• Ensures product quality and excellent customer service through team work.
