Receptionist will be assigned to man Parkmall's concierge/reception area
Mainly responsible for providing excellent customer service to all mall-goers, tenants, and employees
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Maintain office security by following safety and security procedures and controlling access such as monitoring the logbook, issuance of visitor badges, etc.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and encoding
Will also be assigned to different Marketing related tasks when needed
Requirements
Preferably a graduate of any marketing or business-related course
Must have good communication skills (English/Bisaya)
Experience in a customer service position is an advantage
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
With a pleasing personality
