Key Responsibilities: Greeting Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude. Phone and Email Management: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and relay messages accurately. Front Desk Operations: Maintain the reception area, manage mail distribution, and handle office supplies. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and maintaining records. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordination: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise. Qualifications:
At least graduate of any 4-year course.
With pleasing personality.
Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to perform clerical skills.
Can work with less supervision.
With experience as a receptionist in the same industry is a PLUS.
