Must possess a graduate degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics or equivalent.
Must have good communication and writing skills.
Must have computer literacy in MS Office.

Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends.
Preferably have 2 years working experience in Food Quality Assurance/Control.
Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Food Technology, Nutrition or equivalent.
Job Description:
Must monitor and record the room temperature, cleaning and sanitation of cold storage rooms.
Must create a report for nonconforming or mishandled product.
Must review the inspection report conducted by the Warehouse Checker.
Must ensures safe and hygienic conditions are maintained during storage of customer products.
Must review and analyze the integrated pest management program of the service provider.
Must assist in the development and improvement food safety standards.
Must ensure that cleaning and sanitation procedures for warehouse facilities, plastic pallets and material handling equipment are followed.
Must evaluate the potential food safety hazards in the maintenance work of refrigeration technicians.
Must help in solving problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the front-end activities.
Responsible for the renewal of company’s regulatory and statutory accreditation relevant to food safety.
Responsible for the record management and control of all food safety and quality related documentation.
Responsible for the company’s compliance in GOP, SSOP, HACCP and customer audit findings relevant to food safety.
Responsible for the annual refresher course on GOP and SSOP to all warehouse personnel.
Responsible for the calibration monitoring of infrared thermometer, digital thermometer, thermocouple, temperature gauges and weighing scale.
Implements authority when authorized to receive and inspect shipments, incoming materials or supplies, equipment and the like, and compare its quality and form based on the written description and specifications in the purchase order, delivery slip, quotation or invoice.
Works within client visits when necessary as the situation calls, for special projects/customers or so.
Leads, trains, guides staff/student trainee performing related work or downloaded functions of the support group.
Undertakes basic and applied research into aspects of food processing, food preservation, food quality, food deterioration, packaging, storage and delivery.
Performs any other tasks inherent to the position and as assigned from time to time.
Send weekly operation review, summary of non-conformity product s, controlled and uncontrolled.
