JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for ensuring that the quality of units and turnover experience meet the established standards set by the company.
3. Identifies and reports all the architectural concerns of the project to the concerned departments.
4 Validates the architectural plans and ensures that they are executed properly.
5. Performs tasks as needed for smooth transition of tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge in Building Construction, Quality Control, Quality Assurance or equivalent.
• Flexible and can represent the company during meeting.
• Familiar in local building codes and international standards in construction industry
• Knowledgeable in various construction phases from pre-design to post-construction, punchlisting, close-out and project handover.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• At least 3 years of working experience
• Can start ASAP
