Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): MS Office, SAP
• Has experience in clerical/ administrative support or equivalent.
• Technical:
• Proficient in the use of MS Office operations (MS Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in SAP.
• Behavioral:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, resourceful and dependable.
• Strong attention to details.
• Assist the project team in the performance of administrative tasks related but not limited to requisitions, payments, correspondences and records management.

Employment Status: Project Hire
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
